List of cities includes selected Most Expensive Cities, courtesy of Global Property Guide, and five biggest cities in Australia, according to Australian Bureau of Statistics. Property prices per square foot were sourced from Global Property Guide, and for five Australian cites – from Numbeo Property Prices. We took a budget of £250,000 and looked at the average price per square foot in the world's major cities.
